At Raintree Organics, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our products. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Refunds and Replacements
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Once 7 days passed from the date of delivery, we will not accept any return/refund requests. We will require a photo of the damaged or defective item to process your request. You can email the photo along with your order number and details of the issue to info@raintree.org.in
Upon verification of the photo and the issue, you will have the option to:
- Receive a full refund for the product.
- Receive a replacement product at no additional cost.
Please note: We do not accept returns of products, as it is not cost-effective for shipping and the damaged product cannot be reused.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact Us: Email us at info@raintree.org.in with your order number, a photo of the damaged or defective product, and a description of the issue.
Verification: We will review your request and the provided photo.
Refund or Replacement: Upon verification, we will process your refund or send out a replacement product as per your preference.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
